How would Hospitals have to change?
With an increase in hearing problems due to Ipod use people would make regular visits to hospital for check- ups therefore putting pressure on hospitals and their staff. There are over 3 million people in Australia now with hearing impairments This will increase as the effects on hearing of younger people becomes clear. It is possible that someday because of an exceeding amount of deaf people more hospitals will be needed.
